This project includes a review of the previous Development Strategy of Teslić Municipality for period 2010-2015, and the creation of new integrated municipality Development Strategy for the period 2015-2017 together with the development of new Capital Investment Plan. Trough this project Teslic municipality will integrate the most important economic, social and environmental requirements in terms of proactive and responsible development management of Teslic municipality for a period 2015-2017.

For the purpose of defining the Operational Plan for implementation of strategy as well as for the development of Capital Investment Plan a working group will be formed consisting of representatives coming from municipal departments, non-government sector, public enterprises and private sector. The working group will be divided into several focus groups including:

• Local economic development
• Social development
• Environmental Protection
• Capital Investment Plan

The project will implemented through the collection of data required to create the socio-economic analysis of the Teslić municipality and through a series of presentations and workshops with focus groups in order to formulate measures and priorities of the strategy and Capital Investment Plan for the specified period.
