Feasibility Study of the Thermal Energy Supply from TPP Kakanj of Area to/from Zenica
Within the Public Enterprise „Electric Utility of Bosnia and Herzegovina“ (EP BiH), more than 70% of produced electricity is based on coal in the power plants of Tuzla and Kakanj, while the remaining part of the electricity is produced by hydro-power. In order to fulfil its objectives with regard to emission reduction, EP BiH engaged the Consultant to prepare the feasibility study, with the aim to analyse the profitability of the potential thermal energy supply from TPP Kakanj to/from Zenica.
