We are thrilled to share that the Public ESCO Project for Energy retrofits of apartment blocks connected to district heating systems in Serbia has led to the design of a standardised offer for building managers and apartment owners. The Ministry of Mining and Energy of Serbia is now pleased to invite you to an informational meeting regarding the presentation of key details on financing for the project “Energy Renovation of Residential Buildings Connected to the District Heating System – Public ESCO Project” and its benefits for citizens participating in this initiative.
This project is being implemented with financial support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Government of Switzerland.
Our goal is to promote and support the implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings across Serbia, contributing to a significant reduction in energy consumption for heating and cooling, decreased reliance on fossil fuels, and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
Funding for the project has been secured for 14 local municipalities across Serbia, including Belgrade, Čačak, Kraljevo, Negotin, Niš, Novi Pazar, Novi Sad, Kragujevac, Pančevo, Pirot, Trstenik, Užice, Vranje, and Zrenjanin.
The meeting is planned as a hybrid event, allowing both physical attendance and online participation for all interested parties. Online access: Zoom link
