Job Description:
To support the project team with the assigned project, contributing to successful project implementation, while simultaneously strengthening personal competencies.
Responsibilities:
- Researching, collecting, processing, and analyzing data/inputs relevant to the project
- Participate in project/task-related meetings, conferences, and team activities
- Providing general and administrative support to team members
- Corresponding with relevant stakeholders (preparing official letters, briefings, presentations, e-mails, and other documents)
- Maintain effective liaison with project team and partners to ensure smooth task performance
- Actively providing support and organizing various types of events, workshops, and meetings in coordination with the project teams
- Participating in the planning and regularly reporting on the conducted activities
- Preparing content for the company website and social media accounts
- Maintain stakeholder database to ensure effective communication
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and writing skills,
- A strong company culture with an emphasis on competence development,
- Good organizational and time management skills,
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite,
- Good analytical skills,
- Basic understanding of the project management process,
- Basic research skills
- BA degree in humanities, social sciences, business management, international relations, or similar,
- C-level English – Advanced (C1) or Full professional proficiency (C2),
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
