Development of Tourism Master Plans (Busovača, Čapljina, Fojnica, Kakanj, Kreševo, Mostar, Počitelj, Raduša, Srebrenik, Vareš, Vitez, Vlašić)
The objective of the Master plans was to create a basis for focused tourism development in the selected areas, taking into consideration strategic documents such as the Strategy for Protection of the Environment, draft Strategy for Tourism Development, existing legal framework and spatial planning documentation. The Master Plans aim to provide the models for tourism development in line with indentified natural and cultural values for approx. the subsequent 10 years. More specifically the Master Plans aim to provide the following:
- In-depth analysis of the tourism potentials
- Propose activities for tourism development
- Propose tourism development models, vision and strategies
- Provide optimal solutions for tourism infrastructure, based on best practice models and experiences.
