Vladimir Žegarac holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and has over 15 years of professional experience specializing in business development, management, and administration of large EU and IFI-funded projects.
He has extensive experience working primarily on projects in Serbia and is well-versed in all phases of the project cycle, from preparation and tendering to implementation.
He has worked with leading international financial institutions, including the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Investment Bank, Asian Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, KfW, the European Union, Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency, and USAID.
His expertise includes preparing proposals for contracts under FIDIC and PRAG conditions, as well as other contract types recognized by IFIs.
In addition to his project management skills, Vladimir has in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures, reporting, financial controlling, technical and management issues.
